Built To Train The Way The Work Is Done
Every space in the facility is designed around one goal: graduating utility workers who are ready for the realities of the job.

Indoor & Outdoor Pole Yards
Forty-five-foot wooden climbing poles, indoors and out, mean training never stops for weather. Students build real climbing confidence in a controlled, instructor-led environment.

Instruction From Working Pros
OSHA- and MIOSHA-aligned classroom training delivered by active-industry professionals who teach the most up-to-date methods, then return to the field to do the work themselves.

Hands-On Field Scenarios
Students run real rigging, rescue, and rope-haul drills as a crew — building the communication and teamwork the job demands, not just individual skills.
