Fast-Track Entry Into The Workforce

In 2024, AOUS contracted with Jackson College to facilitate comprehensive safety and infrastructure training. We identified that students needed more than just a classroom—they needed direct, career-ready pathways to employment.

Unlike programs that hire retirees, AOUS utilizes active working professionals. Our instructors teach vital skills using the most up-to-date methods, then return to the field to perform the work themselves. We emphasize not just technical skills, but character, employability, and a deeply embedded commitment to workplace safety.

"Knowing how to approach the situation safely was 100% something Andrew Hoxie taught me how to do... If I hadn't gone to Jackson College, taken all the classes, and gotten my CDL, I wouldn't be where I am right now."

— Luke Smith, Program Graduate
